  1. General Terms of Sale

By purchasing a product or service through www.experiencecoffee.se, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These apply to:

Workshop bookings
Gift cards
Sales of roasted coffee and merchandise

The terms follow Swedish consumer law, including the Distansavtalslagen (2005:59) and GDPR (EU 2016/679).

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via:

Swish
Zettle

Methods as made available in checkout

Payment must be completed before a booking is confirmed.

  1. Workshop Bookings

When you purchase a workshop (e.g., Roasting Workshop, Barista Basics), you are reserving a coupon-based spot.

After payment, you will be contacted by us to agree on a suitable date and time. Workshops are typically held on weekend mornings, but we are flexible depending on your schedule.

If we are unable to find a time that works for both parties within a reasonable time, a full refund will be offered.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

As a private consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for any reason, as long as:

The workshop has not already been scheduled and fulfilled
The product is not digital and instantly consumed

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):

Roasted coffee that has been opened or used
Custom-roasted or ground coffee, prepared to order
Perishable goods where freshness is essential

To cancel, please email us at hello@experiencecoffee.se with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

If eligible, a full refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7 working days.

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Workshops)

We understand that plans change. You can:

Reschedule your workshop free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancel and request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the workshop or do not show up, no refund will be given unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to reschedule workshops in case of illness, emergency, or equipment issues. You will always be offered new dates or a refund.

  1. Gift Cards & Coupons

Gift cards and workshop vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

They are non-refundable but fully transferable to another person.

  1. Liability & Disclaimer

All workshops are educational experiences. While we take care to provide safe equipment and guidance, you participate at your own risk. Please inform us of any allergies or injuries in advance.

Experience Coffee is not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed opportunities or transport delays.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled by Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or the District Court of Uppsala, if applicable.
