Indroduction Text Version

Introduction:
You’re holding a double-fermented Indonesian coffee, harvested and processed by Wahyu together with the smallholders of the Kojoyo Cooperative.
Expect a fruit-forward coffee with a lot of sweetness and a light acidity, think sweet lemon. Tropical notes like kiwi make it feel almost like drinking a fresh lemonade.
Choose how you want to experience this coffee:
1. Calm reading version: For quiet days or when enjoying in a Café. Take it at your own pace, read and learn about this coffee, see and understand.
2. Video content: I guide you throught this coffee, we discuss the farmer and Cooperative, talk processing, you will get a fully transparent price breakdown and learn what the farmer earns and more.
Introduction Video Version
Watch the intro instead of reading!
In this video I explain what this coffee is, how the Experience works, and what you’ll get
Now, brew a cup, lean back, and dive into Indonesia and this double fermented coffee that blows any other indonesian coffee out the water!
Moccamaster Tip!
I have been asked if this coffee works in a Moccamaster. ABSOLUTELY. 15 Grams of Coffee per Cup of 250mL is the general go to. See that the total runtime of turning on to last drop is under 3 minutes. All above, gets bitter, everything shorter gets acidic.
FAQs
What is the Experience you are talking about?
My goal is that people don’t just drink the coffee they purchase. I want you to know where your money goes, who the person is that you support by paying a higher price and ultimately, that you know why your coffee tastes like it tastes. That is why you, with every bag you purchase, receive this way of me sharing a cup with you and guiding you through a shared experience, if you are so inclined.
Should I go for the video version or the picture version?
In my opinion the Full Experience is where it’s at. You see me, you hear me and I can fully show what I mean and what to look for. But it is also a little bit more advanced, because it does include a brew recipe and maybe a special way of getting there. I would make your decicion dependent on whether you are enjoying the coffee at home and can listen to the videos, or whether you are in a Café and simply want to read in calmness. The cupping is only available on video, but since you can mostly only cup coffee at home, that shouldn’t be an issue.
Do you do other things than just coffee?
All our offerings are surrounding coffee. If you want a white label production for your Café, want to learn roasting yourself or gift a course as a present, or want me to roast green coffee for you, I can do that.
